Winston Barnes 10.17s - Fastest Jamaican This Year

Winston Barnes - Fastest Jamaican over 100 meters so far this season. He sped to 10.17 seconds on March 12, 2011.


This is shaping up to be a good season for Barnes who will be one of the contenders for a place on Jamaica's team to the IAAF World Championships, Daegu, Korea, late this summer.


Kenroy Anderson, 10.18 seconds, is the second fastest Jamaican this season and was second to Barnes in the March 12th race.


Reigning National Men's 100m Champion, Oshane Bailey's 10.20 seconds, makes him the third fastest this season.
